Purple Butterfly Learning is an organization that promotes and assists learning. We go to great lengths to ensure non-disclosure of personal information of both our trainers and learners. This Privacy Policy applies to all users, including those who are viewing the content of our website and those who avail the services of Purple Butterfly Learning. By using the services of Purple Butterfly learning, you agree to the Terms of Service and the General Contract for Services. Purple Butterfly Learning at its sole discretion may modify this Policy at any time. By accessing the Services at any time after such modifications, you are agreeing to be bound by the updated policy.

Your Privacy as a trainer and as a learning is of paramount importance to us, hence we have compiled this privacy policy to best include and address your interests. You can understand further as to how we collect, use, communicate and disclose your Personal Data.

Personal Data:

  1. When you choose to register with us as a trainer or a student we would collect some personal data, which are used to contact or identify you. It includes but is not limited to your - name, email address, age, contact number, etc, -
  2. Transactions on Purple Butterfly Learning involving your billing and payment information are processed by PayPal and Stripe and are subject to their privacy policies. We do not store any of the credit card or banking information that you provide to these payment processors.
  3. The personal information of learners we collect may be shared with your respective trainers for the purpose of contacting you, passing on supplementary content for your courses.
  4. Though we employ industry standard measures to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose Personal Data when required by law or when we have a good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process that we receive or to protect our interests or the safety of others.
  5. In addition, we may provide Personal Data to employees, consultants or other businesses or persons for the purpose of processing such information on our behalf. In such circumstances, we require that these parties agree to protect the confidentiality of such information and to comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
  6. We may use your Personal Data to operate, improve, understand and personalize our Services.
  7. We do not knowingly collect any personal information of the children, we would require our users to be at least 18 years to register for our courses.
  8. We use cookies and similar such technology to analyse user trends and learn about our user base to operate and improve our services.
  9. Some cookies may be placed by third party users, we do not have control over those cookies.
  10. You may decide to not use the cookies, if so some of the functionality may need to be manually adjusted to use our services.

Third Party Providers:

  1. Third party providers may use advertising, cookies, web beacons and other such technologies to receive and collect information from our services and apply it elsewhere.
  2. We may display interest-based ads using the Custom Audience Tool by Facebook, allowing us to personalise our ads based on your usage. We do not share any of your personal information with Facebook.
  3. All payments to us are made through third party payment processors and hence we do not store your financial information.
  4. When interacting with trainers refrain from providing personal information other than what is required for the class.
